For your convenience, we also provide a local holding location for Purolator when you are not home to receive your package. To find out if your package is here, check the Purolator pick up tag you received at your door which will tell you where and when it will be dropped off. Please make sure to track your package first to ensure that the package was received and signed for by one of our staff.

1. How do I pick up my package?

You must provide a valid government issued photo ID that matches the name and address on the package, or provide proof of residency in the case that the photo ID provided does not include your address. Click here to learn more about acceptable identification.

2. How do I track my package?

Visit purolator.com and in the “Track” window, enter your tracking number/PIN and it will show you the shipment status, as well as the name of the consignee if the package has been received.

3. How long will my package will be held for?

Generally we are authorized to hold on to your package for 5 business days from when we receive them. Some exceptions apply, for more information contact Purolator at 1-888-744-7123. If you would like to request a longer hold, email us (info@firstbiz.ca) with the package information and the length of time you would like us to hold it for.

4. Can someone else pick up my package on my behalf?
